Crisis Resources

Emergency or Crisis Guidelines:

I provide outpatient mental health services. I am not available for crisis care or after hours emergencies. The following are resources to utilize if you are experiencing an after-hours crisis.

 

  • If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go directly to your nearest emergency room.

  • If you are experiencing a crisis and need support, please contact the MN Suicide and Crisis LifeLine by calling 988 from your phone.

  • Ramsey County Crisis Response (651) 774-7000 provides crisis care for residents of Ramsey County, MN
